I use an app called Walkies that I can connect with you on. It is a client management software for me, and for you, it is a way of seeing a summary and even live updates of walks and drop-ins. I can upload pictures and videos, track activities such as eating food, drinking water, eating treats, pees, and poops, and it can even track the route that I took with your dog during a walk.
I have a whole list of intake questions. Much of the information will be available on your pet’s profile in Walkies, and all of the information will be asked for when you sign up for an account on my website. Your pets each have a profile where you can tell me crucial information, such as their emergency vet and contacts, medications, and triggers. I don’t need a lot of information about you, but I would love to meet you and your pets to make sure we’ll all get along fine. Mostly, I need to know about being in your home, if indeed I will be in your home.
You can choose from three different time lengths for dog walks for your dog. The options are 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.
45 minutes costs more than 30 minutes, and 60 minutes costs more than 45 minutes. Exact price varies based on the number of dogs and whether it is a holiday.
You can choose between 15 minutes, 30 minutes, and 60 minutes for a pet visit. Pet visits can also combine with a 15 minute dog walking add-on. Whatever your combination, it cannot be longer than 1 hour.
I spend the night every night of the stay, and I basically live at your house during the stay. I never leave for more than the amount of time you say your pet is comfortable being alone at a time (minimum of 4 hours). Usually, I only have to leave once or twice a day, and usually one of those times that I have to leave is for a shorter period.
